The wedding layout and design are also developed by the Wedding Planner in conjunction with the venue manager and decorator

Day-Of Event Coordination
Day-of Event Coordinators coordinate the day-of logistics enabling the client to connect with attendees free from stress and the time restrains of managing an event.
This service is the key to a stress FREE wedding day! The Day-Of Coordinator steps in on your wedding day to ensure that everything goes according to your plan! Our Wedding Day-Of Coordinator service includes direction on-site the day before for rehearsal.
On your wedding day, the Day-Of Coordinator directs your vendors as they arrive to set up, herds family members, keeps everyone on schedule and serves as a point of contact while the bride/groom/wedding party are busy getting ready!

From conception to completion, an Event Producers guides the client from initial idea and holding their hand along the planning process reaching the finish line of a successful event together!
Along with services included in the Event Planner, the Event Producer includes developing a budget, negotiating contracts with vendors, developing marketing strategies, securing permits/licenses and post event reporting.
We’ll even help you select your vendors from our preferred vendor list. We’ve worked lots of events with these teams and we know they’ll handle your event professionaly, plus, you’ll have a great time which is the whole point, right?
