Our wedding planners organize all the moving pieces of the wedding while aligning with the vision and budget set by the bride, groom and/or family.. The wedding layout and design are also developed by the Wedding Planner in conjunction with the venue manager and decorator
This service is the key to a stress FREE wedding day! The Day Of Coordinator steps in on your wedding day to ensure that everything goes according to your plan! Our coordinators work with the bride, groom, and family prior to the wedding to set a timeline for the wedding day that details all the moving elements required to produce a beautiful and joyful wedding day!
Our Wedding Day of Coordinator service includes direction on-site the day before for rehearsal. On your wedding day, we direct your vendors as they arrive to set up, keep everyone on schedule, and serves as a point of contact while the bride/groom/wedding party are busy getting ready!

Wedding Assistant

Our Wedding Assistant services provide a casual check in point to help ease your mind by providing recommendations or fresh ideas to help you make educated decisions as you plan your special day. Think of this service as your fill-in bestie!
Day-Of Event Coordination
Day-of Event Coordinators coordinate the day-of logistics enabling the client to connect with attendees free from stress and the time restrains of managing an event.

Give us your plans, give us your ideas, give us your last minute must-haves, and go relax, go take a deep breath. It’s our time to do what we do very best, organize, plan, and make things happen!
Includes the Day-Of services plus partial Full Planner services for the very busy month before your special day. Our Month-Of Coordinators work with the bride, groom and family the full month prior to the wedding.
We will set a timeline for the wedding day that details all the moving elements required to produce a beautiful and joyful wedding day! All loose ends are neatly tied up with your vendors allowing our bride/grooms to focus on themselves and their families as they approach the excitement to come!

We’ll sit down and talk several times, we’ll plan with you, we’ll plan without you (we’ll always run everything by you first), but when it comes go-time, WE’RE ALL THE BUZZ!

EVENT SERVICES
Event Planning
Event Planners plan aspects of an upcoming event aligning with the vision and budget set by the client. Venue, vendor, entertainment, and catering sourcing, along with Day-Of Coordination are included. Event layout and design are also developed by the Event Planner.
An event planner structures an event and makes sure everyone has a good time. Also called convention and meeting planners, they do everything involved in making sure these events go smoothly, including choosing locations, hiring caterers, entertainment, and other vendors.
Event planners coordinate every detail of an event, from beginning to end. Before an event, for example, planners will meet with clients to estimate attendance and determine the events purpose.
From the very first time we sit down together to begin discussing your event, we will cover everything necessary in order to keep you relaxed during your event. There’s no reason to stress when Bee Social Productions is involved, your event will go off without a hitch!
Event Production
Book Bee Social, sit back, and enjoy your event. No matter what you have planned, we can make sure your event runs without a hitch. We’ll coordinate everything from concept to completion. Things always pop up and you’ll never know it, we roll with the punches!
From conception to completion, an Event Producers guides the client from initial idea and holding their hand along the planning process reaching the finish line of a successful event together!
Along with services included in the Event Planner, the Event Producer includes developing a budget, negotiating contracts with vendors, developing marketing strategies, securing permits/licenses and post event reporting.
We’ll even help you select your vendors from our preferred vendor list. We’ve worked lots of events with these teams and we know they’ll handle your event professionaly, plus, you’ll have a great time which is the whole point, right?
Event Consultations
